Co-Owner and Tax Specialist
Timothy W. Stabley
M.S., M.Ed, AFSP
Tim was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania in the town of Shiloh. He married his wife (and Susquehanna Tax Solutions co-owner), Dodie, in 1984.
​
He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Penn State University. Tim then worked in tax offices for 15 years, gaining knowledge and developing his skill set.
​
During the 20 years that Tim was an instructor at a
post-secondary school teaching accounting, QuickBooks, payroll, and income tax for individuals and business, he earned a Master of Education Degree from Penn State University, and a Master of Science Degree in Accouting from Strayer University.
​
Tim is listed in the IRS Directory of Federal Tax Return Preparers with Credential and Select Qualifications. He is also a member of the National Society of Tax Preparers.

When he is not preparing tax returns, Tim enjoys going camping with Dodie in their RV.

E. Michael Booker

Mike grew up in Maryland and has been a resident of southern York County since 2006.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Anthropology from Towson State University in 1975 and, subsequently, did graduate work at the University of Virginia. Mike holds a Master of Administrative Science Degree from The Johns Hopkins University, which was awarded in 1985.
Mike has over 40 years of business experience working in the financial services and manufacturing sectors. He has vast experience in financial systems management, supply chain systems, material planning and scheduling, and technology project management. He has worked exclusively in the tax field for the last 8 years, having extensive experience in both tax preparation and business management. In addition to his work with Susquehanna Tax Solutions, Mike is a Tax Associate with Intuit, Inc.
Mike is listed in the IRS Directory of Federal Tax Return Preparers with Credential and Select Qualifications. He is a member of the National Society of Tax Preparers and the National Association of Tax Professionals. Mike is a notary public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
His other interests include spending time with his family, golfing, listening to music, playing with his dogs Wolfgang and Cassiopia, and investing. He is currently composing a comic operetta based on Thomas Aquinas' Summa Theologica.

Lani Lindsey​
Lani was born and raised in Ohio, but she moved to Maryland to attend the University of Maryland, College Park. She became a Police Dispatcher in Riverdale, MD in 2002, retiring as the Communications Manager in 2023.
Lani served as a volunteer firefighter with the Branchville Volunteer Fire Company (College Park, MD) for 18 years. She was a Firefighter, EMT and Wagon driver, and held every officer title in the department, up to Deputy Chief, many one those as the first female to serve in the department’s history. She was the training coordinator, teaching numerous classes and drills for the department and in the county. Lani also proudly headed up the Jr. Firefighter and Cadet programs for several years.
After moving to Pennsylvania in 2018, Lani has served as the Stewartstown Elementary PTA treasurer for 3 years and a Den Leader with the Stewartstown Cub Scouts Pack 156 for 4 years. She started working in tax preparation in 2022 and has been studying IRS code and tax law diligently. She’s excited to be working with the team and looks forward to helping people in the area.

Lani also enjoys spending time with her son, 2 dogs, and bearded dragon. She appreciates the outdoors, loves reading, and tries to beat her son at video games.

Kimberlyn Turner
Kimberlyn graduated from Penn State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film-Video and double minors in French and Theatre.
​
While taking on freelance projects on the side, Kimberlyn has also started her own video and photography business.
​
She hopes to one day make it big and see her name in the credits of a Marvel production. Until then, Kimberlyn spends most of her time with her dog, Indigo, dreaming of her next big travel adventure.
